Downloading Fortnite on Mac, PC, PS4 and Xbox One is pretty easy and is open to those who can run it.

The one setback may be that you have a data cap on your internet. If that’s so, the best thing to do would be to take it to someone who doesn’t and use their unlimited plan.

That’s because the game weighs in at around 9-15GB on each platform, a hefty size for someone with limited data.

For those who don’t have this problem or know how to fix it, here’s some of the ways you can play Fortnite on different platforms.

MAC AND PC:

As you may already know, Fortnite is not available to download on Steam for either Mac or PC users.

Instead of heading to the usual places, Fortnite fans need to go to the official Epic Games site to grab their free copy of the game.

Players interested in the PC or Mac version will need to set up an Epic Game account, complete with active email and password.

Mac users should also note that some products available through the Epic Games launcher require that Mac OS X Yosemite users are updated to version 10.10.5 or later.

  • Core i3 2.4 Ghz
  • 4 GB RAM
  • Windows 7/8/10 64-bit + Mac OSX Sierra

The game comes in several different versions, so there’s also the option of getting the original PvE Save the World mode.

If you’re not interested in those kind of heroics, Fortnite is set to remain a free-to-play game. Save The World, however, is set to become free-to-play later this year, meaning v buck generator 2019 mean saving some cash.
